  • Mixed gas operation produces a smoother arc, lower spatter, and improved bead appearance compared to CO2 variants.
  • Dual-classified E71T-1M and E71T-9M per AWS A5.20, providing maximum specification flexibility.
  • Exceptional impact properties — CVN impact values well exceed AWS A5.20 minimums at -20°C.
  • High deposition rates and excellent penetration for increased productivity in structural and heavy fabrication applications.
  • Diffusible hydrogen ≤ 8 mL/100g (H8 designation) for reduced risk of hydrogen-induced cracking.
