  • A $175 callout fee will be added for all after-hours shipments.

Login/Register

  • Add items to your shopping cart from the product information page.

  • When ready to checkout, select "My Cart" in the upper-right corner of the website or select "View Cart & Checkout" after adding an item to the cart.

Will Call / Customer Pickup

  • All of our warehouses offer Will Call pickups during regular business hours.

  • If a high-priority Will Call order must be placed, we urge you to call us at 800-562-3355 and speak with our sales team directly to ensure proper coordination with our team.

Drop Shipments

  • We allow drop & blind shipments direct to end users.

  • Pricing on the material is not included with any shipments.

  • CMTRs are included with all shipments.

No Order Minimum

  • There is no minimum order value requirement - however, each line item must be listed in standard package quantities.

  • Our standard package quantities:

    • - SMAW (Coated Electrodes): 10lb tubes

    • - GTAW (TIG): 10lb tubes

    • - GMAW (MIG):

      • 33lb spools (12" diameter)

      • 10lb spools (8" diameter)

      • 1lb spools (4" diameter)

    • - FCAW (Flux Core): 33lb spools (12" diameter)

    • - SAW (Submerged Arc): 60lb coils

Order Tracking

  • Once an order is processed, the purchaser will be sent a Shipment Confirmation email.

  • Shipment Confirmation emails will include the tracking number and other relevant information related to the shipment.

  • If needed, please call or email us and we will be able to track your order instantly.

Domestic Shipments

Same Day Shipping

  • Orders placed by 2:30pm Central Standard Time usually ship same-day from our Baton Rouge and Houston warehouses.

  • Orders placed by 2:30pm Pacific Standard Time usually ship same-day from our Las Vegas warehouse.

Shipment Method

  • Orders >150lbs will be shipped via motor freight unless other specifications are provided by the customer.

  • Orders <150lbs will typically be shipped via UPS Ground unless other specifications are provided by the customer.

  • Customers may use their UPS/FedEx account numbers to ship third-party collect.

  • Orders are shipped Ground/Economy standard, but we also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options depending on the ship-to address.

  • We cannot accept PO boxes or an APO.

After Hours Shipments

  • 24/7/365 emergency shipments available. Call 225-273-4800 to reach us after business hours.

  • After hours shipments will include a callout fee of $175.

Free Shipping

  • Qualifying orders will receive prepaid freight (free shipping) within the continental United States.

  • Contact sales@oxfordalloys.com or call us at 800-562-3355 to find out your prepaid freight minimum.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

  • By default, we will ship the order from the closest warehouse where the items are in stock -- unless other specifications are provided by the customer.

Our Packaging

  • We take extensive measures to minimize any potential damage to our packages in transit.

  • UPS shipments containing MIG wire (spools) include added cushioning to ensure maximum damage mitigation.

  • All Coated Electrodes come in hermetically sealed tubes to keep the product airtight.
