Oxford Alloys strives for total customer satisfaction with your purchase. We take pride in our quality and world class customer service is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below and we will assist you with to return the product(s).
Once you return request is received you will be contacted by an Oxford Alloys quality assurance representative within 1 business day who will provide you with instructions and more information regarding your return request.

Return Policy
Any material returned must have a return authorization number to be considered for credit. Material returned for credit is subject to:
- Returns for Oxford Alloys products must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated.
- Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any material that needs to be repackaged by Oxford Alloys.
- Contact the carrier/shipping company immediately, if you receive a shipment that has visible damage. Take pictures and note the bill of lading. Should the carrier/shipping company wish to inspect the shipment, the materials must be made available to them.
Returns resulting from errors by Oxford Alloys will not be subject to these charges. Shipments not covered by a valid RMA number may be subject to refusal of delivery. New and used returned product shall be received in original packaging.
Special Order (non-standard stock) products are not returnable for credit. Freight or other costs incurred in restocking will be deducted from the product credit memo. Returned material must be shipped prepaid unless otherwise notified.
